Steven holds a degree in Business (major - Accounting) and has directed the rail division since 2006, developing it originally within Worthington Industries and seeing it through to the set up of the rail-focused entity, Worthington Rail Pty Ltd. Concurrently Steven has directed Worthington’s other lines of business and entities covering the manufacture of panels for the caravan/RV sector, building & construction, and furniture. Previously Steven’s career was predominantly in the automotive sector in senior management roles. Steven is passionate about operational excellence with a strong focus on people and business systems.

Renzo holds degrees in mechanical engineering and business, and brings to Worthington Rail more than a decade of experience specifically in the design and manufacture of rolling stock interiors. Previously, Renzo's career spanned over 20 years in the automotive and RV manufacturing industries, covering composites, plastics and electrical systems. Renzo is passionate about supporting the growth of passenger rail in Australia, and the benefits this brings to our cities, our regions, and the environment.
John is a degree qualified Industrial Engineer with several years’ experience in rail and bus components manufacturing. John has over 20 years’ experience in manufacturing engineering, design, development and management for one of Australia's leading automotive HVAC and interiors manufacturers. John has been a long-term advocate for the rail industry as a responsible and sustainable means of transport for our future.
Kenan holds a degree in Business (major – Accounting) and has grown steadily with Worthington over the past decade. Overseeing all aspects of Finance, Kenan now leads the accounting and administration team and has developed many other skills along the way to complement his accounting expertise. He is involved in many business support functions. Active in a number of sports, Kenan brings this same high energy level and enthusiasm to his role at Worthington.
